At Roark, we stand by the quality of our gear and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't fit for the journey, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your order date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and download the return packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
